Starting on 25th of October 2021, the existing products of our employers will be automatically converted to coins. We sincerely hope that the new payment system will help our employers to close more candidates and use WorkClass even more efficiently. There were two main reasons for this change.
Currently, employers are somewhat restricted in the choice of their products. For example, an employer might have 3 existing featured job posts but no more candidate reveals. With the old system, the employer would have to buy additional candidate reveals (while the featured job posts might go to waste since you're not using them in time). With the new coin system, the employer will now have 45 coins which can be spent as the employer pleases. In other words, we have decided to convert all existing products into coins so that our employers can freely choose what they want to do on the platform.
2. Moreover, we have noticed that not all employers make full use of their products and they expire. We hope that the new coin system will allow them to use WorkClass more efficiently and effectively. Specifically, please check out the new Auto-Bumping Scheduler which let's you schedule your bumps up to 8 weeks ahead.
In short, existing products will be converted in the following fashion:
1 Featured Job Post will be converted to 15 coins
1 Candidate Reveal will be converted to 2 coins
1 Job Post Bump will be converted to 6 coins
1 Regular Job Post will be converted to 6 coins
