New Feature: SMS Reminder

Stay connected with your jobseekers with in-house feature designed specifically for you.

Jobseekers not picking up your calls? WorkClass has just launched a new feature that allows you to SMS your jobseekers with customisable messages. Read on to find out more about how you can utilise this feature to stay connected with your candidates.

SMSing your jobseekers

Here's how to use our new feature:

Step 1: Click on any applicant. Below your jobseeker's phone number, we now have a new button where you can send a customised SMS to your jobseekers.

Step 2: Click on the blue button and a popup should appear. Leave any message for your jobseekers, such as requesting for them to call you back.

Step 3: Once you have sent an SMS, our platform will inform you.

With this, you can now let your jobseeker know that you are interested in hiring them and await for them to contact you.

Do note that you can only send an SMS to a jobseeker once and that you are given 10 free SMS per month. Feel free to contact our sales team should you want more SMS per month.
