New Feature: Interview Scheduler

Keep organised with these new features!

Are your candidates not showing up for interviews? Are you struggling to manage your interview appointments? WorkClass has just launched two new features to solve these issues - Scheduling an Interview and WorkClass Calendar. Read on to find out more about the 2 features and how you can leverage them to find the perfect jobseeker for your job within 24 hours.

Scheduling an Interview

With our new feature, you can now schedule an interview with candidates that you deem suitable. WorkClass will send the first reminder to the candidate when the interview is scheduled and the second reminder on the day of the interviewHere's how to use this feature:

Step 1: Click on the green "Interview" button to schedule an interview.

Step 2: A popup should appear and you can key in the details of the scheduled interview. Feel free to leave any pointers for your jobseeker in the Additional Notes section.

Step 3: Next, click the blue "Send Reminder" button and we will send your jobseeker a SMS to inform them of the scheduled interview.

You can check the appointment details when you open the application drawer in the future. You can also reschedule the appointment on our platform by clicking the "Reschedule" link and we will send an SMS to your jobseeker to inform them about the change in interview time slot.

WorkClass Calendar

To help you stay on top of all your appointments, we have developed our in-house Calendar, where you can view all your appointments. You can navigate to this feature through our navigation bar.

On this calendar, we show you the jobseekers that you have an appointment with. Click on the any of the days and you can view more detailed descriptions at the side.
